You can still occasionally have problems with PC games.
Just the other week I bought "Curse of Monkey Island" and it was refusing to install for no reason (although all it took was to simply restart my computer).
Just look at Half-Life 2. What a pain in the backside that was.

Er...okay then.
Waiting 15 minutes for it to install and then the chance that various problems may occur for someone who isn't a total computer geek.

I assume Hedfix is referring to the bother of waiting half an hour for the game to install, and then the chance that verious problems may occur as they occasionally do with PC games. It's not like buying a game for a console where you know that it will run to its full potential on the standard console.
