It's horrible

1024mb Ram
2.53gHz processor

And it jerks while playing a song, or when moving my mouse across the screen.

Any ideas?

I've
- run a virus scan
- run an ad scan
- defragmented it

Google it, there's tons on the web. Some free, some not.

And just use AA and Spybot, in conjunction with SpywareBlaster.

What is this registry clearer program you speak of?

Free?

Mabye you're getting it to do too many things straight after it's booted up?

If I start playing a song on my computer before all the programs have fully loaded up it can go slow and stay that way until reset.
