Bought this yesterday and it's definitely up there with THe Coral (debut album), for me. Some of the songs have a depth that they're simply not reached before. It's hopefully a sign of things to come from Skelly and chums.

For those of you who have the first album, it's more like I remember when then Dreaming of you, but that hasn't cost them anything in terms of overall genius.

Their best, however, is clearly So Long Ago. It's what The Coral do best - feel good (for want of a better description), upbeat guitar songs that stick with you. I can see it becoming my favourite song by the dirty scousers.

So yeah, if you've got a tenner and you're a Coral fan, pick it up. Or even go the extra yard and spend about £13 on the special edition with the live disk included. It's all the rage, nowadays.

Oh, was just about to post about this.

It's really good, so far So Long Ago, A Warning to the Curious and In The Morning are my favourites, but I only got it this morning.

Course.

I pick 'em up when they're being made in the test tubes, let alone playing their first instrument.

Download the Three Track Demo. It's exceedingly good.

Arctic Monkeys

Bet that you'd look good on the dancefloor, scummy, a certain romance and mardy bum are all top class, and the rest aren't far behind. Apart from settle for a draw.

Mystery Jets

Do the free Zootime download. You've got to put in a few details, but you can just fake 'em. It's worth it. Strange, but strangely good. Pretty mint live, too.
