Here I am, taking a break from revision for tomorrow's English Lit GCSE exam. My mum's prepared me a lunch box, bless her soul. I take out a jam sandwich and the dog looks at me. I tear off a corner and she eats it. Next, I eat a babybel. She's not having that. Now I'm eating some Salt & Shake crisps.

Doggie won't eat them. Not even with salt on. But when I get out the chocolate digestives, she'll be back over here like a shot.

Anyone else had experience of foods their pets don't like?

Don't feed your dog chocolate, too much will make it ill and kill it.

Monkey boy will eat anything except mustard - we had to force feed his some when he was a pup so he'd throw up the pointy stone he'd just swallowed (vet's advice).

Ay auntie's dog (a doberman) used to love salt & vinegar crisps.

Dogs eat grass, yet veggies are off the menu.

Strange animals.

Yep. Our cats won't eat potatoes. Pretty much anything else is fair game though.
