What I mean is we've only recently held the latest election for FFF to morph into a snot-coloured beast but I'm just interested to know excatly what qualities you look for or have done in the past
Some users seem to have been voted on partly because they were in 'the original crowd', others because they were helpful of perhaps very big in a particular forum
Is it a winning personality or the attitude shown in the posts ?
Just a little insight into the minds of everyone, just out of interest. Not ables feel free to post your opinions aswell

They're not as uncommon as you might think. I've stumbled across many in my time here, been in a couple myself. They often spout from silly remarks that people make (no this isn't a personal attack Memo). Nobody knows each other so nobody wants to back down.
I mean, can you honestly say that if someone made a snide remark directed at you that you could just ignore it and let them have the satisfaction of thinking that they've won? It always turns into a case of who can get the last word in, which is a little sad.

I agree they are far less common, but sadly happen nonetheless. For anyone to feel they want to bully someone in a chat room though is quite pathetic, Id take the silly arguements all day if it meant people stopped that kind of behaviour.

yes, that's true as I demonstrated with my quote from yesterday, but events like that are far less common that the silly little arguments where people are just letting off steam.

There have been times where I would have considered it far from "in good fun" on here, its only in good fun as you say if it isnt taken too seriously, but sometimes its been obvious that the person was offended by personal persistent attacks and when it was quite apparent that it wasnt being taken in the spirit of fun the attacks persisted still, this isnt joking with someone, its taunting someone.

Emm, no I didnt, I said its what I look for in a Notable, others may well look for other traits.

give it a chance, itll be destroyed eventually by someone hehe

intellectual debates in Life are few and far between. Take the latest episode: "You know what would be funny? You. Dying. In front of your own child."
...yes...lovely...

I can assure you that people take things very differently across the internet compared to face-to-face. As long as nothing is taken too seriously, it's all in good fun. Getting a little heated and saying things you wouldn't normally say is part of the fun, although I admit there is a line that has to be drawn somewhere, as shown above.
Things such as 'STFU U SUK' are what they're talking about (see your last message, Azul wannabe)
