... What exactly makes a Notable stand out ?

What I mean is we've only recently held the latest election for FFF to morph into a snot-coloured beast but I'm just interested to know excatly what qualities you look for or have done in the past

Some users seem to have been voted on partly because they were in 'the original crowd', others because they were helpful of perhaps very big in a particular forum

Is it a winning personality or the attitude shown in the posts ?

Just a little insight into the minds of everyone, just out of interest. Not ables feel free to post your opinions aswell

I don't know why people who voted for me did so, but I guess it was because they were people who were a bit more than just screen names, closer to friends. Perhaps some folk voted for me because I try to help folk in the PC forum and because I'm up for a discussion once in a while.

If you hardly post you'll not get noticed. If you post all the time you'll be considered a spammer. Really you just need to be interesting and not too nasty. The people I vote for are ones who I want to read posts by, who make the place worth coming to.

That's because you sucked at it. I managed to get to number 1, then I realised how dire it was, and that I'd wasted about 8 months playing it. And I'm not overexaggerating the niceness of teh people. I moaned at a ticket tout once because they suck and was nearly banned from teh forums, whereas here I can swear (almost).

But yeah, it sucked, a lot.

I'd say I'm more "fake" offline anyway.

If someone said to me "Munn, you're a dick" in real life I'd just go ah, whatver, because if I retort to insults I'll get in a fight (which is what I should do, but i hate fights), but on here if someone says it, I just go "Feck off Azul" (who else says it?)
