How do you get a link to open in a new window in Dreamweaver? It's an image if that makes it any different.

okay then. There's people in the web design forum who are making a pretty-penny from freelance work. I don't know about the industry in general though, I'm no expert, but the ability to code definitely offers more flexibility/possibilities which results in better websites and customer satisfaction, which should eventually result in more business and money. Anyways.

From what i've heard from people who work in web design there isn't much way to go. Apparently it's a bit dead-end due to everyone using the programs youtalk of to do it themselves

I don't care enough to have a problem. I'm just telling you that you're going to go nowhere in web design if you have to rely on programs to do your coding for you.

go tell the web design forum you're going to make websites without understanding any code then. I'm sure they'll all tell you it's a great idea!

Why. I could learn more than I do now and still not be able to create the quality I do now. The worlds changing Memorandum, you don't need to know everything onone topic, you need to know afair amount about lots of stuff.

Thanks for calling me a "noo b"
I feel so special

Really guys. Just opening in a new window. I've linked the object (the image) so surely theres just something you press to get it to open in a new window?

Ps:

Jfh, I don't know what a hotspot is! I just inserted an image by typing in the url (domain.com/image.gif) then typed in the link (macromedia.com/flash bla bla bla). The rest of the options I don't know what they do, so I was hoping someone could point me towards the open in new window one :).
