This is a quote from Sony Computer Entertainment CEO Ken Kutaragi.
Read it again.
Okay?
Doesn't that strike anyone else as slightly odd?
Not that he has dismissed the X-box, but more that he hasn't dismissed the GAMECUBE.
I find this very strange indeed, but I guess it goes to back up the thought that they are not actually in competition with each other, as each machine appeals to different types of people.
Still it's rather odd for a CEO to dismiss one competitor so strongly (as he did with Microsoft in the rest of the article, from Daily Radar) and be willing to share the market with another.
Gravity does, too, but in a different sense.
er...yuo peeple are stuypid and gaymecoobe will kick yur aarse all over the playce.
And..er...pb smells like week old cereal.
There.
Better?
You're not supposed to keep saying the same thing over and over... no fun. No fun.
Look, all I said was the NINTENDO IS FOR CHILDREN AND "SPECIAL" GROWNUPS
Whilst Sony is for sophisticated, social and downright sassy people.
That's all.
Calm down, you know deep down I'm right.
That's why I'm me.
"Isn't it funny that this degenerated into a Nintendo vs Sony thread?"
Yeah, and who's fault is that!
*hides behind Meka and points repeatedly at Goatboy*
So Zelda 1 and 2 were colourful, designed for kids and
> easy finish were they?
Yes.
Yes they were.
I did like the fishing sub-game in Zelda though.
Next-Gen fishing game.
Reminds me of a boardroom meeting at Microsoft once:
Gates:"Ok, what can we do next and still not have the customer figure out we're bending them over a table and yanking their pants down. I mean something that obviously says we are laughing at the consumer but they will never figure out?"
Nervous Exec: "Umm...how about a train simulator?"
Gates sits back in his skull-throne and smiles, "Let it pass."
In fact nothing
> to do with Sony has anything to do with quality software ;)
Lol
*dusts off hands* There, that should do it

Ha! A quote, if i'm not mistaken from a Nintendo 64 game!
(Conker's Bad Fur Day)
You're a Nintendo fan, I know it!
Game

Now... your getting confused here...
Its not that Nintendo make kiddies games and Sony make 20something titles...
Its that Nintendo USA and UK tend to market toward the more family orientated market...
Whilst Sony market toward the twenty-somethings...
This has nothing to do with the quality, suitability of the software...
In fact nothing to do with Sony has anything to do with quality software ;)
