Attention seeking isn't something I like and I may be classed as hypocritical for saying that but so be it.

Who cares? I'm sure no one knows or likes me, doesn't stop me posting. Forums are about putting an idea/opinion/anything across to other people, if they disagree/agree/insult you for it then so be it.
