I do a lot of weight lifting and sit ups. I started having red marks around my pecs, stomach and arms. what the h'll is it? and how do I get rid of it?

my training:
monday: 9PM - 12PM
200 sit ups
50 press ups
tuesday:same
wednesday gym 3hrs 1pm - 4pm
thursday:same inc. 3miles run 7pm - 12pm
friday: gym 3 hrs 1pm - 4pm
saturday & sundays rest and work.
inc. tennis every thursday.
basketball every saturday.

They are little sweat-grown worms that grow inside you, feeding off the newly-developed muscles until they burst out of your skin and flop about on the floor looking rather pathetic.

Stretch marks, use coco butter to make them fade and to prevent them getting any bigger.

Could also be muscle tears,if you've worked out really hard, which are more purple-y/red, which you get after a hard workout but they usually disappear after a day.
