monday: 9PM - 12PM
200 sit ups
50 press ups
tuesday:same
wednesday gym 3hrs 1pm - 4pm
thursday:same inc. 3miles run 7pm - 12pm
friday: gym 3 hrs 1pm - 4pm
saturday & sundays rest and work.
inc. tennis every thursday.
basketball every saturday.

If you're interested in this kind of thing you should try researching it.
You've no need to be working out THAT much, and if you've only just started out, it's crazy.
Body-builders do about 1 and a half hours in the am and the same in the evening. They work one body part per day and then leave it until the next week so it can recover and grow.
Wacking out 200 sit-ups wont give you a six-pack. You don't go to a gym and do 200 tricep push-downs, so why train the abs any different? They are just muscles too!
Invest in some good books. It'll help you.
Also, if you can do 3-hours in a row, you're not working hard enough.
