There used to be boot disks available for the PS1 later on in its life. Is there such a thing (or anything similar) available for the PS2 that allows me to play NTSC games without chipping?
You want something like that - yes, you can use boot discs (need those as well) but with the way the PS2's disc tray works, you need a flip-top lid as well.
Means replacing the casing, but a lot better than getting it chipped.
And away you go.
Although surely there's much better things to be buying than Tekken 5.
