Pfft to be honest, Rooney's was nothing compared to that Gerrard goal.

18 yard volley's go in all the time, Rooney was just annoyed with the ref so hit it a little bit harder.

It should be Gerrard, followed by Edman, followed by Rooney.

And yes, any other month Rooney would have won it, but this isn't any other month.

There's 2 games to go for the bottom 4 so there might well be some belters from any players from those teams cos they'll be fighting to stay up :P

That was sensational.. not quite as 'spontaneous' as Rooneys, but a better goal, in my opinion.. to get it in from that range, with that swerve was genius.

Rooney scored another great team goal again today.

Team goals suck, mega 40 yard wonder strikes rule.

Nice pass by Kleberson for the rooney goal.

He's looked good in the last couple games he has come on, hopefully he is finally showing his true form.
