Asher tried to do this a while ago and it clearly rocked ass, i thought it was a good idea so i'm going to try and revive it.
I want a group of people who can recommend one track a day which hopefully people will listen to and pass judgement on. The idea is just to introduce people to new music.
I'm planning on starting Monday with one track for each day of the week and i'll revolve the days around the people involved.

Delicious lol. Not my personal favourite song off Cuban Linx but still absolutely fantastic.

Raekwon - Ice Cream
It's ok, i preferred Talib Kweli but the piano saves this from being distinctly average. Can't say i'm a huge rap fan and dont know much so my opinion doesn't mean much.

I kept it on my my drive, it's grown on me and it's sound more like a hybrid Ash and Stereophonics band.

Phillistine.

Listen to the solo, the underlying ambient effects on the guitar....it's amaazzzziinng. Ash are nothing to RS. As are most other bands.

And yes, I did search for comments about it. I suck.

Right then:

* Bright Eyes - At the Bottom of Everything
Never heard any Bright Eyes before for some reason. Rather excellent, though, probably get some more at some point. Good.

* Astriaal - Acquisition Of The Stars
Again, I liked this lots, almost exactly my kind of thing. Has a good feel to it - one for keeps, and many plays.

* Ryan Adams - Note To Self
Note to self: learn to sing. But otherwise ... not a bad song I suppose, if a little formulaic.

* South - Motiveless Crime
Not the best way to tempt South virgins, in my opinion. But it's South nonetheless, so ... er ... pwn!

South - Motiveless Crime
Starts off with a really crappy drum intro. Gets better, really like the tune and the vocals are nice, good chorus too. Certainly one of the best ones from this month, really like the cello too(is it cello? i don't know).
