Visa have just called and after a full investigation these amounts that were taken from my account have been fully refunded to me, and new cards have been issued with new numbers. They were very helpful and sorry for the inconveniance that it had caused. All is well that ends well.

Well some one told me to have a look at Skype, I had never heard of it thats why I posted on here. Anyhow the week starting 18th April I went to skype web site (History folder in IE told me that) and looked! thats all I did nothing else, so it was a HUGE suprise when my Visa bill came in to find that on 5 seperate occasions I had been billed by Skype! strangely though the first date was early April (before I had looked at the site) then two more transactions on 10th (still not been to the site) and two on 20th
Credit card company have put the amounts in dispute, so I do not pay them untill they contact the company to find out what happened. Either way I never signed up for anything or gave them any details at all, If I had wanted to use them I would have opted for the free option as I am a tight wad! Credit card company have cancelled my cards and issued new ones as a precaution though.
