None of that Theory test shizzle.

It's at Hither Green, in Catford, possibly the most difficult test centre in the country. I've got to cope with the Catford one way system, in which half the roads are 20mph limit and the others are 40mph, dual carriageways, massive roundabouts, width restrictions everywhere, doing manouvres on steep hills, craploads of traffic, bad signing and crazy pedestrians.

I predict some serious ass kickery and name takery.

Especially in the car-burning capital of Britain.

Where I'm taking my test the pass rate is around 50%ish.

I'm taking an early-morning test, they're meant to be more leniant and my instructor knows the exact route :-)

The place where I passed is the mostest difficult in all the world. They don't have any actual roads and you're not allowed to wear seatbelts. Then they fix machineguns, manned by Nazi's, to trees for you to dodge and send lions with lasers strapped to their heads after you.

If you survive at all, they shoot you in the face for your presumption. I'm making do with my tricycle at the moment.

There's a lot of very stupid people in Leeds, mind.

Surely the test people know how difficult it is and cut the drivers a bit of slack?

I'd say its just the worst place in the UK.
