Yeah due to the fact that I don't come on here every day I think the day by day formula won't work, so it's gonna go like this: Each week I will take three suggestions. This is fair, as it allows enough time for people to get each song and listen to it enough times to fully appreciate it. Feedback is wanted, don't give it out of ten just give a general opinions, and then the most widely enjoyed songs will be highlighted so hopefully a long way down the line if this thread works then people can just pick off the best songs easily.

Week One:
Flock recommends - Elliot Smith - Between The Bars
Stryke recommends - Death Cab for Cutie - We looked Like Giants
Mattributé recommends - Bright Eyes - A Perfect Sonnet
That's your lot for this week. Get downloading and let us know what you think.

I reckon that my music tastes are better than they used to be. I'm currently into Green Day, Feeder, My Chemical Romance, that sort of thing. Rock and Heavy Metal are the genres I listen to the most, but stuff like Out of Touch also creeps onto my media player playlist occasionally.

An interesting tune. But one of 4 songs that year that nicked the Knightrider bassline/melody.

No albums that i like enough to recommend.

I just listen to anything with a good bassline - whether it be gangsta rap, garage, hip hop or trance. Basically anything that sounds good in my car.

last few tracks i listened to were:

so solid crew - ride wid us
busta rhymes - fire it up
room 5 - make luv
2pac - aint hard to find

Right-click, save [target] as?

:) You go into so much detail with music. I don't think it's really meant to be earth shaking, it's just a nice song to really chill out to.
