What are people's thoughts on this subject?? I've just set my mate up thinking that he's well experienced in the matter only to hear;

One night stands are overrated

I can't say I've ever had a one night stand. I've had offers and been tempted but I don't think it's me. Plus sex in a relationship is fun because you can find out what each other likes and have a giggle too.

I'm not against them and I can see how they can be enjoyable, but personally they are just not me.

Mah.

Well I've never had a one night stand, that I remember.

I've "been with" people at parties, but not for sex, just touching and stuff. Then regretted it.

Prefer relationships I guess, there's a completeness to it.

My reasons for being a fan are the same as Chippxero's - I never seem to have enough time for one person. Although as you say Hedfix, it is also a taster of what could be... Only in my case I know from past experiences, that what "could be" always goes back to the original argument of not having enough time.
