There have been endless topics started about E3. I have read some of them, and though many were well written (Thinking of Meka and er-no here) I couldn`t help but wonder if any of it was true. Stories vary wildly everywhere. PS2 supporters saying that PS2 won the show, one or two people saying X-box did, and a fair few saying that GC did.

The GC had the advantage of a new console to show, and some new titles. X-box tried that too, but made a less big impression. In all this, it was forgotten who was really showing the true power.

I actually got fed up of reading about E3, as it was clear nobody had "won". Anyway, I saw an interesting article in the IGN newsletter, and decided to give it a read. After finishing it, I was left thinking that it must have been in the PS2 section, as there was clearly a large amount of respect for it. However, I looked left, and saw the large green/black colour stripes of the X-box, and realised I was in the X-box news area.

Take a look here at one of the most honest reports I`ve ever read. This writer had the guts to criticise his own favoured console, (the x-box) not just the other.

Oops! Don`t worry about it! I posted a reply to a PS2 topic in an e-mail to a friend, which makes what you did seem alright. :-)

Sorry about that - got several browsers open and got a bit confoozed. (Don't take much. Shut it, YH!)

That's an excellent and honest review.

If you haven't already (haven't been there yet, so I don't know if you have), post the link in the FoG - that'll get some reaction. They certainly can't claim it's a Sony-biased report!

Did the PlayStation have a mention? What's going to happen with all the PlayStation owners! We need some more football games, ISS Pro Evolution is brilliant! But I have heard there's a football game on the Dreamcast with women players, which is a very fine thing! So E3 - is that good then?

I am a Sony supporter but i think the most immpresive thing at E3 was sony showing working ps2 hard drives and modems with Tony Hawkes 3 being played online, the funniest thing, Microsofts Xbox, not working at their conference, i bet they tested a million times and it worked!!

Continue this excellent work...
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do, I am delighted.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
