Crack open that can of Guinness, slam on that U2 record, lean back and rejoice.

Actually I couldn't give a crap about Saint Patrick. I don't even know who he was, but it's as good a reason as any to have an ice cold Guinness.

Been slaving over a hot EPOS installation today, in a pub in Bolton, watching people get progressively merry in celebration. Some right loons about. Crazy old geezas talking gibberish to me all day.

Thought I'd have a few pints of the Black nectar when I got home. Enjoy saint paddys.

I love Guinness but you can't drink it warm at all.

Plus, most you can do is about 2-4 pints as it really fills you up. Depending on my mood I start off with Guinness or Stella then move onto spirits.

If I'm being a moron then I drink everything. Mixing drinks is great.

Borat - Aye it is. But I found that when me and friends used to smoke J's Guiness was a lovely cold thing to cool down your throat. You know how it can burn the lungs off you. I don;t know if you still toke but this post is directed towards you.

It's about as appetising as sea water in the first place.

I like shandys more than beer.

Guinness extra cold is a nice drink.

Not something you'd get lashed up on, but a nice change from larrrger.

I hate any form of alcohol warm, apart from Port, obviously. My dad always hates it when waiters poor him his drink.

Yeah, I much prefer it that way myself.

Warm, which is most likely the reason. I shall get parent to get me some on the weekend and give it another try. Cold this time.

Yeah I like Stella, I wasn't really into beers, more into wines and spirits, but Stella gave me a taste for beers.
