"How old is too old?"

Just interested really on opinions, but do you have a maximum age distance for relationships? How many years each way?

Oh and er, keep it legal kids.

Biggest gap for me was 5 years, she was 24 i was 19 it was my first week of uni, lasted about a month or so only really ended because i wanted to be free while at uni. didn't really notice much of a gap though when we where together.

I guess around 10 years would be my max so 32 i guess, would all depend on the woman.

Biggest gap ever was a woman who was 13 years older than me. It didn't last very long, but mainly because she was a psycho biatch type more than the age factor.

Current relationship, she's older by three years. No big deal really.

However, for the kids, until you pass about twenty, keep to within two years or so of yourself. Any more is just a bit pervy really. A friend of mine was going out with a guy of about 32 when she was just 17. It fell to pieces in spectacular style actually.

There is nothing wrong with an age gap, as long as maturity wise both partners match up. And both are legal. Which reminds me of the day I heard a 20 year old acquaintance was with a 15 year old. He always was a moron.

Nah, just my personal taste. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a girl that much younger than me, I'd feel like I was taking advantage.. unless she was incredibly mature, of course. :)

In general, it does seem that males are a few years or so older for relationships. But you can't place a number on it, because there are so many factors being played with; "type" of relationship, the attraction between the couple, and for each individual, their upbringing and "experience" of the world.

For example, I know quite a few teenagers who have done and seen more than a lot of 30 year olds.
