I read a good joke the other day.
A man is stranded on a desert island and is stuck there for some time. One day, he trips over a magic lamp and a genie pops out. "I will grant you one wish..." he offers. So, the man thinks long and hard.
"Make me a road all the way back to England from here" he commands. The Genie sighs and shakes his head. "That wish is too hard. Come up with something easier on me". The man shrugs and asks for something else. "I'd like to know how the female mind works. You know, what makes them happy, how to avoid making them angry..."
The Genie looks at him, then at the sea.
"So, do you want the road to be a dual-carriageway or a motorway?"
