Well, I was just being facetious really, but I do prefer the Spanish league. It's more exciting. There are too many 0-0 draws in England, it's boring all round. It does seem to be improving, but Spanish games I find more captivating.

I'm not saying the players aren't as good, or the teams can't compete on the international scene, it's just a different style of play. Teams play for draws more than they do on the continent. As far as I'm concerned, excitement is the only reason to watch a game. Supporting a team is just a way of getting more involved to make it more exciting.

Blank, you called the Premiership a second rate league, if I understood correctly.

One question: How?

He is clearly better than Drogba though. Who won the African player of the year? For the second time running? It wasn't Drogba. And Eto'o scores more, and even scored quite a lot when he was at Mallorca last season, surrounded by team mates who aren't exactly the best in their respective fields.

Erm, no I wasn't forgetting Didier, he is one of our 3 strikers (him, Eidur and Kez.

Eto'o is class, but I'm not sure I would say he was clearly better than Didier or Eidur, I'd have to see him play more. From what I saw last night he was geniusly quick, but a bit clumsy. If he'd have scored with that chance when Ronaldinho put him through.... ah... that would have been one of the greatest goals ever.

Besides the point I was making that he said he was much better than "so many of the chelsea players," when you can't really compare him to people who aren't strikers, and we only have three.....

But...it is....

terry and drogba dont slate la liga, as far as i know! thats why i hate them coz they think the premiership is a second rate league, now thats arrogance.

Chelsea players such as drogba and terry come up with the same crap every week.

barcalona are better than chelsea if we are being truly honest with ourselves, but i still want chelsea to poo all over barcelona

Aren't you forgetting Drogba? And Eto'o is clearly, CLEARLY better than any striker Chelsea have.
