Thin yes, too thin, no. We had med checks at the beginning of Uni, and I am just below the recommended weight for my height, but not by very much, I am still in the "green band". Most people were in the orange band which was for being slightly overweight.
Secondly, how the hell does bodybuilding make you shorter?
The guy shoulder presses 100kg + whilst bench pressing 120kg +. From the shoulder presses, his spine has become more compact. The tightness of his muscles has also cause him to beomce a little hunched over, all adding up to a reduction in height.
I'll be straight with you. I'm in New York. The festival starts in two weeks, so I'm spending my time messing around in America.
