My DS Has been shipped!

FAO Anyone who ordered from Importmadness - If yours has been shipped today, can you tell me if your shipping method states Airmail or Fed-Ex?

I thought we were supposed to get the free upgrade to Fed-Ex, yet my status show Airmail :S

"Dear Clowns,

After ordering my Nintendo DS on the 29/10/04, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it would be dispatched on release day, originally scheduled for Saturday. Yet today, I look at my order and all I can see is "Shipment Pending". This disappoints me, but it disappoints me more so that people that have ordered AFTER me have had their orders of the console dispatched! How can this be? If I order first, I expect to be served first, and I think you would too under the same circumstances.

And this is not the first time I have been saddened by your quality of service. I have, in the past, sent you many emails about orders and they have ALL been unanswered. No doubt this very email will be added to this growing collection.

Honestly, if my console arrives after those that ordered after me, I'm going to be expecting some compensation on arrival of my DS. Perhaps some dog shaped balloons or spinning bowties? At least explain to me what the hell is going on, and when I'm likely to receive my order. I'm sorry if I sound somewhat aggressive but quite obviously this means a lot to me.

Perhaps the first batch is coming in a few different flights and yours is just not on its way yet.

Checked email, it definitely hasn't been sent.

How I can order BEFORE you but you get it sent to you first I really don't know. I've said it before and I'll say it again; I'm never ordering from Importcrapness again.

I ordered mine on the 29th of October and it hasn't been despatched.

This is really, really not right.

About the 8th of the month.

I personally know Tphi and I got a text from him this morning asking me if mine's been sent as his hasn't.

We both know someone who ordered after the 11th so really he should have to wait, but so Tphi tells me, his has been sent.

Er, 10th I think Ashman. The day before the update appeared saying preorders are limited and any more will be shifted within three weeks.

Ah, that's why. I selected Airmail, under the impression the up[grade would be automatic. I fear I was wrong though :(

Yup. But theres no email from FedEx yet.

Did you select Fedex when ordering?
