All the weather forecasts said we were due a heavy snowfall last night. The M62 and A62 were well gritted in anticipation. I know this as a fact because I got stuck in the traffic behind it.
Woke up this morning and jumped out of bed in true anticipation of being able to jump back in it again.
Was there any snow? Not a flaming flake in sight.
So here I am at work, well fed up, but I bet you a pound to a pinch of pig manure that it will fall and stop me from going to uni tonight :(

My town was covered in snow when I left this morning. So I put on loads of clothes and stuff.

It snowed for ages today. Hopefully it'll snow tonight and we'll have a snow day.
Same here except i threw stones.
