What's so good about being a 'notable'?
All I know is, I'd rather not be voted as one. Those who have been seem to think that they're perfect! no one is perfect. They think that because they have a different 'rank' under their nicknames anything they say goes! And that's what some normal members seem to think too!

Yeah, but to get enough respect to be voted notable you need to have around for a while, post consistently good stuff and generally help keep the forums what they are today.
No disrespect to you and some of the others who are campaigning, but i feel that you just havent been around long enough. You all post good stuff and your opinions are valued, nut you just havent spent enough time on here.

But he's a notable because of that respect everyone has for him. Notables do have respect from people, because they were voted notables in the first place.

This whole Newbie/ Regular/ Notable thing has got a bit out of hand.
I'd rather be a newbie but have people i respect what i write, rather than be a notable and everyone ignores me.
I think more people need to remember this.

I wouldn't act perfect if I was a notable, simply because I know I am not, but I can say that I have always tried to help others and not be too much of a fool at the same time, I won't change. I will still be er-no.

Edgy is right Notable is the same as a Regular same chance of winning, same respect, different thing under there name!
Newbies are the same as all of us, Some are new, some are old and some have been voted as better than us all! Why? I feel that i have to bow in the presence of ant instead of stamping on him?

It's the fact that everyone thinks you're good enough to be a notable that matters. It's not the respect that comes from the status, it's the status that comes from respect.
The newbies are desperately tring to be regualars. Stayin a rgualar seems better than a noteabale though. DON'T vote edgy!!!!!
