Indeed I am and his grasp is darn good. What I said, if we're splitting hairs is, that I'd never MET anyone under the age of 20 with a decent grasp of English.
I assume though that you've met a lot of people over 20 who don't have a decent grasp of English either?
Or does everybodies English just "get better" on their 20th birthday?
