The next 2 months will see the release of;

- The new Mars Volta album. ~drool~

- The new Queens of the Stone Age albun. ~drooooool~

- The new Foo Fighers album. Which will be a double album. ~drooooooool~

- The new Eels album. Which will be a double album. ~drooooooooooooooool~


And about *&^&ing time quite honestly; the last decent album I bought was The Zutons and that was in October...

I'm looking forward to hearing the new Coldplay album.

I didn't like the MV. Now I do.
Deloused doesn't have many silent bits in it unless I can't remember them ... ah well, still 1337.

Most other music just sounds empty after listening to MV - there's so much going on in every song. And some of the greatest lyrics of all time.

Oh. And Millencolin are releasing one two days before my birthday....

There are some clips from the new Queens album on their site, 'Everybody Knows You're Insane' sounds fantastic.

The new single's a little weak, but it will still rock muchly.

Cannot wait for new QOTSA stuff especially. Looking forward to The Foos too.

QOTSA is out March 22 I think. From the 5 or so tracks I've heard, it's going to be rather fantastic too. Foo Fighters will be out June/July.

Also, Coattail Riders this Spring. Which I am wetting over. Jimmy Chamberlin Complex and BC solo are also must-haves.

Quite a lot happening this year.

Cicatriz Esp is my favourite Mars Volta track.

Oh dear. That's the only Mars Volta song I have heard (sue me), and the only thing I could think of while listening to it was "What's with all the lack of music?".

Cicatriz ESP for example - 4/5 minutes, slowly fades into quite single notes etc, for 3 minutes, then builds back up again - songs like Take The Veil Cerpin Taxt have no such 'silence' (in fact Cicatriz is the only one!) and are just sublime.
