Okay last night, don't know what happened but at 1 something Freeola broke for me and I'm not able to see any images on Freeola. Though I can still use it. Also visiting sites like amazon.co.uk and digitalspy.co.uk the sites either don't work or take me to a normal looking site, but is actually adult orientated. I'm using FF, but I tried IE and I get a similiar result.

Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope =(

Yep, its official, congratulations! As an expert though, you wont be able to ask for help anymore. Small price to pay for such a title though.

Good thing I posted everything in here, turns out my brother had the problem too. Well that's not really a big suprise since we share a network. So I just had to fix his PC. Except it took me just 10 minutes and not 10 hours :P

Maybe I'm the expert now huh? =D

:O you've been lying to me all this time. I should have known, it was so obvious >_<

Yeah =D thanks for the help Garin, 11 years on the internet and that was the worst I've had. Glad to be rid of it, now back to work :D

p.s I noticed that the program made several system tray icons come back to life. And my soundcard does the demo at start up again. How odd.

How dare you fix it while I'm mid-post writing. :P I was just about to give you a link to somewhere that suggested that Fixwareout too. I'm no expert but your hijackthis log looks ok to me now.

Anyway, all's well that ends well. :)

Thanks a lot Garin =), oh is my log file okay now? I ask because the guy said to run HijackThis after that program finished. Hopefully Norton is okay too.

VICTORY IS MINE!!

Take that you Russian hijack thingy!

I downloaded something called Fixwareout, one of the forums (that I found with the IP) suggested it. Spent about 10 minutes my computer before it let everything load up. Hopefully it's all fixed now. But just incase it isnt, here's another log

The program told me to post this on some forum, but not sure what forum :S

Fixwareout ver 1.003

AVG Failed and I did the fixes but still have the problem Oh and I did a restart too (I forgot to restart after installed Norton so that might be why it wasnt running properly).

Here's a new log

Garin I just did Ctrl Alt Del and there seems to be about 6 "LuCallbackProxy.exe" under SYTEM. Is it likely this is the problem?

Ok, found your problem I think...

In HijackThis deactivate all the entries that look like
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\ {7EA5BFE8-4F3A-4F66-951D-197E35566E90}: NameServer = 85.255.116.100,85.255.112.169

Take one of those IPs and put them into google and you can see many people with the same problem as you.
