i use a 550w PSU and usually all is fine and dandy, but it randomly became really loud and then refused to work. it works fine on a spare PC i keep to test these little things out on and likewise, the other PSU works fine in my regular machine (which i'm currently running using the PSU from "spare")
any ideas what may cause this? as the PSU i'm using now is only a 300w one and i have a fair amount of stuff that requires power so obviously i'd like to get the 550w one back in a.s.a.p.
any suggestions?
thanks peoples!
but if the antec one is reliable then i'll go get that one.. even if the nexus one DOES have a huge fan on it :)

I'd be careful. It's likely to burst into flame, even unplugged, and you risk burning your house down. ;)
