Ordered PlusNet Broadband last Friday (morning time). Firstly, the username and password they assign to you at the time, is that the same username/password you use to confirm details with your router? I only ask because I won't have access to my emails or the internet to check for any updated information for when the line gets connected...

Secondly, is it usually a 7 day or 10 day process to get connected?

Here is another idea, I have 3 un-answered questions of products I bought/wanted to buy from here in the Customer Service forum, one 3 months old.

Answer them jack ass and I might show some respect.
