Aye. She had 2 miscarriages before, and this time there was supposed to be twins but one of them died in the womb.
I think it's a case of someone just wanting something, and determined to get it without thinking of the real implications. That kid's going to have the worst time at school for this, and he'll (she'll, I dunno) have to see his mother die when he's in his 20s.
