iPod shuffle is... different, it's really REALLY small, and comes in two sizes (both less than £100), the larger being 1GB (240 songs). It looks cool, and will allow many more people to hop on the iPod bandwagon.
"Think Different" definitely plays a key role here, then.

12hrs, 20+ with a battery pack add-on (which is fairly small- 2 AAA batt's).
