I take mine for about 15 minutes everyday (most days...okay, I sometimes forget). Do you think thats long enough or do I need to take him for longer walks?

Hes a Jack Russell and hes very small for his age but very playful, I just need to know whether my dog needs longer walks.

Cheers.

Until I noticed the note at the bottom of your post, I was getting worried!

I just drive around with my St Bernard's leash on his neck and the other half inside the car.

He loves it.

Note, I don't really do this as I don't have a pet and would not condone any such method of dog walking.
Ever.

My dad usually walks the dog for an hour a day. She's a three year old staffordshire bull terrier. For smaller dogs, they only need a small walk or their legs start to hurt.

It isn't the dog's fault then, is it? If the owner beats him then he probably grown to be a violent dog and obviously needs a new home or a professional dog tamer.

He doesn't want to play with anybody. The owner is hated by his neighbours and he's banned from owning pets through cruelty.
So guess which charitable organisation recieved a phone call on Friday to inform them that the dog-beating Chav is illegal?

This thing is psychotic.

He wants to play with you.

My dog is way too small to be a threat to anything.

I hate dogs since they try to kill me on a daily basis.
And if you live on my walk, number 49, then I daily pray you've fallen downstairs and your hateful alsation has eaten you and choked on your gold-rope bracelets.
This thing SLAMS against the glass-door and tries to force it's muzzle through the letterbox to get at me. I just leave his stupid junkmail on his path and walk off flicking V's to his nazi pet.

He'll love you for it.

My monkey (cocker spaniel) gets taken at least once a day either by me or the missus and has a couple of sessions of me throwing/tugging his toy around the house to the point of my exhaustion.

Just finished taking him for a half hour walk over the field and he loved it! He was going mad though, jumping into the long grass like a kagaroo chasing all of the creatures (frogs, snake things etc etc).

I feel so happy now that he is. When we got in I got my mum's hairdryer out cause he was soaking wet and jumping around and needed to calm down.

Hes alright though now, sleeping.
