In 2 weeks he's made two wrestlers look pathetic by powering out of one finisher after it had been clamped in and making Benoit look like nothing (what's wrong with using the ropes to break the hold and then let him fight back and unleash his finisher?) and kicking straight out of Rhyno's gore.
The best type of push is to make the wrestler look strong while not making the guys he's going over look pathetic, which has happened in both instances. I've always thought it an unwritten rule in wrestling that if you get hit with the guy's finisher and he pins you straight away you don't get back up out of it because for every person that gets pinned by that finisher from there on it makes them also look pathetic to the other guy.
And another example of more great creative decisions when you have a Cruiserweight title match going on yet the camera is on some guy outside the ring for half of the match. It devalues the belt (although we all know what Vince thinks of anyone under 6 foot 3) and makes those 2 wrestlers seem like nothing even though both Funaki and Akio have more talent in their little finger then Carlito has in his whole body and afro.
God how has the WWE not gone out of business yet?

Actually Jesus (or Aaron Aguilera as everyone outside the WWE knows him) isn't doing any training anywhere. He suffered a serious neck injury in a house show the week before his match with Cena. He's likely to be on the shelf between 8 and 12 months.

was that the night the rock became corporate champion??
i seem to remember that being a swift inside cradle.
was there another match between the 2? i forget....

i'm just going by the technicality :-D Of course in most matches the booking team, not even the WWE's, would have it so a finishing move is used on someone unless they want a really quick match (i.e Big Boss Man vs Rock)

As it made no sense i think it does :-D

a finishing move is exactly that, but only when correctly applied (ie. not too soon). Anyone remember HHH vs Ultimate Warrior? Warriors no-sell of the pedigree made him look ultra tough, whereas HHH jobbing (yes, it happened once) to a flying shoulderblock in about 30 seconds made him look ultra-lame.
Finishers/signiture moves need to be used int eh correct place, your point about them finishing people off no matter when is just unworkable, regardless of a naming technicality.
for example: i own a car (finisher move). it works best on a road (end of the match). if i drive the car into the sea (the start of the match), it's still a car... it's just useless.
i think that last paragraph highlights JUST how tired i am right now :D

Kabuki was an early-mid 90's WWF character that sprayed green mist everywhere. i don't think "the great" was part of the name though, JR may have been giving him slightly too much credit in stead.

but also hilarious :-D

That's because it was offensive.
