An hour ago last year.. My Grandad passed away and in honour of one of the most amazing men to live in my eyes. I posted a poem so you could know some of him to
For Grandad.
Sssh, it’s quiet now
I don’t hear your voice
I miss that loud laughter
And your soothing noise
Stop, don’t go away
Sit, talk more about the boys
Tell me of your RAF days
While painting your toys
Come, sit next to me
On the leather chair
Let me lay on your belly
As you gently pat my hair
Don’t, don’t walk away
I’m here to listen now
Teach me of so many things
Tell me why and how
Hold, hold my hands
They’re as cold as ice today
You say ‘They’re bloody freezing!’
And in your hands they stay
Look, how much I’ve grown
In body and in mind
You tell me just how proud you are
You always are so kind
Smile, at all of us
We are all here for you
Nanny’s cooking dinner
We know you love your food
Thank you, for every time
And everything you are
I think of you every day
Even though you are so far
I love you, more –
Than words can ever say
But thank you,
Grandad; for everything, today.

He's hurt right now.
You did cain down a subject that hurt him very greatly no doubt as he put up with months of a desperate girlfriend and then eventually, seeing him slowly die in a hospice which was ended by a funeral and months of grieving. He knows how decent Grandad was, how this poem really means something as he knows my feelings about the whole thing.
He has EVERY right to be p*ssed at you azul. Just not at your mum.
That would upset me to. But as I said he isnt on top of the world either now so I'd let it slip
I know deep down your not a complete jerk off as we have been friends in the past. yes its a bad 'poem' but just think next time about the context ok.
Thanks for those that stuck up for me its nice to see
El Pinko has a right to be extremely angry at you, for others knowledge he was there with me the last time I said goodbye to my Grandad before he passed away. He said his goodbye's to they both got along really.. well. Though it was a little harsh, I dont think its a good idea to wish what we saw happen to my grandad upon another persons mother.. who isnt involved at all But thankyou again for your sticking up for me, I am touched you did.
If you are... good lad.
I should've just left it at that I didn't like your poem.
I realise I went way over the line.
Again, sorry for any personal distress.

I'm trying to show him the frame of mind he would be in if something as horrid as that happend, and then mock him, simply so that he understands his lack of respect for another humans emotions is immoral and childish. If you want to associate me with him then so be it, but I know I'd never be so disgusting as to mock someone when they're laying their emotions bare and talking about grievance of another family member.

you just wished AIDS on his mother and he's scum??
this entire thread would be better if neither of you had posted.
My word Forza, you show a remarkable lack of empathy matched only by your surfeit of MUUUUUUUUHHHHH.
