uh....

An hour ago last year.. My Grandad passed away and in honour of one of the most amazing men to live in my eyes. I posted a poem so you could know some of him to

For Grandad.

Sssh, it’s quiet now
I don’t hear your voice
I miss that loud laughter
And your soothing noise

Stop, don’t go away
Sit, talk more about the boys
Tell me of your RAF days
While painting your toys

Come, sit next to me
On the leather chair
Let me lay on your belly
As you gently pat my hair

Don’t, don’t walk away
I’m here to listen now
Teach me of so many things
Tell me why and how

Hold, hold my hands
They’re as cold as ice today
You say ‘They’re bloody freezing!’
And in your hands they stay

Look, how much I’ve grown
In body and in mind
You tell me just how proud you are
You always are so kind

Smile, at all of us
We are all here for you
Nanny’s cooking dinner
We know you love your food

Thank you, for every time
And everything you are
I think of you every day
Even though you are so far

I love you, more –
Than words can ever say
But thank you,
Grandad; for everything, today.

I think I broke my body clock. I can't keep to a normal human timeframe anymore. I either stay up really late every night and wake up in the afternoon, or do the opposite, going to sleep really early in the evening and getting up at about 3am. I just can't help it.

But you see, that's not why I apologised at all.
Honestly? I couldn't care less about what Pink person said - I was merely pointing out what Cycloon did except in a more sublte manner.

But indeed - I would have apologised regardless. I came to my senses over what I had said, as I realised that I'd gone way too far.

Who cares? If he wasn't, then he continues to be a dick. And if he was, he has a chance of being something other than an utter tool. Easy come, easy go.

No, we don't. Personally I thought he was ignorant and insensitive. There's a difference.

Well...yeah. Sometimes the only way to make people realise how utterly insensitive or rubbish they're being is to give them a dose of their own guff. In this instance, it worked; Azul apologised and was rather upset about what Pinko had said. Job done I would say.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
