What a disappointment.
In the end it was just Ming the Merciless and Flash Gordon all over again, except this time Flash had an attitude and a worrying obsession with knives. And did I see Riddick nearly crying at the end? Bless his cotton socks, and we all thought he was ruthless.
Predictable, distinctly average and instantly forgettable. After playing the game I suppose my expectations were way too high.

What were you expecting anyway. It's a mass marketed action movie with a brawny n00b as the main protagonist! I know you probably weren't expecting casablanca, but I say it's always best to set your sights low. Don't expect much when watching a no brainer movie. A fine example is commando. Highly enjoyable but incredibly stupid and cheesy! I expected it to not be anything special. It obviously wasn't and I enjoyed it more for what it was. Those types of movies are generally so bad they're good. Anyway I've probably blabbered on for way to long and actually forgotten what this thread was about. That is all :D
