In the end it was just Ming the Merciless and Flash Gordon all over again, except this time Flash had an attitude and a worrying obsession with knives. And did I see Riddick nearly crying at the end? Bless his cotton socks, and we all thought he was ruthless.
Predictable, distinctly average and instantly forgettable. After playing the game I suppose my expectations were way too high.
Just another quart of bile in a sea of fecal matter rushing out of the huge spotty behind of the soulless hollywood machine. "Tell you what lads, if we put enough explosions and killing in it, those suckers'll lap it up."

At least Flash Gordon had Blessed gloriously hamming it up and Dalton looking like Peter Pan.

That's all I thought it was. Flash Gordon minus the Queen Soundtrack. Campy fun. Appalingly directed, written and acted throughout. Definately in my bad movie top 10.

Now that does surprise me. I shall expect a patented Goatboy review afterwards.

Well done, you drew the wrong conclusion from my post.
There isn't enough popcorn in the world to make this film even slightly bearable.
