belive it or not i eat loads and still nothing ! im gonna try weight gain drinks for body builders !

Simple diet really. If it says "low fat!" or "new improved!" ignore it.
If it says "traditional/classic/tastes great" eat it!

Yorskhire puddings made with more than one egg and lard sandwiches should do it. Oh and lots of chocolate biscuits, as well as beer and sitting on the couch all day. :-)

Me, I'm quite happy with my beer gut. I'd like to do more exercise purely to feel fitter, i'm not bothered how I look or what my waist size is.
