Now... surely it DOESN'T need a comma? Please, discuss and argue this.
I know this is a pointless topic... but I don't think this one is going to make much of a difference to the already made mountains of rubbish topics...

I don't think the comma is needed. The sentance works without the comma when you read it out loud. With the comma, it just sounds a little strange.

The reader expected the word 'that' to refer to the previous idea, rather than the noun which followed.
Grix decided to use the unexpected option, because it's more original, and witty.
