About time too I reckon. Getting BB here on the 20th January and I'm planning to get Wanadoo. So do I need to phone up AOL and tell them I'm leaving their crappy service then? And the 12 month contract trap is over as I have had AOL for more than 1 year.
Answers appreciated.

I'm on 750K BB with NTL and every so often the service will go down for quite a few hours.

Suppose it depends upon where you are, mine is the Luton area.

Mine is uncapped.
EFHbroadband.

They've had a major **** up today though.
I was sceptical at first, but I've been very pleased with their service up until today, and I'm sure whatever's wrong will be fixed by tomorrow.

High setup fee though.
