About time too I reckon. Getting BB here on the 20th January and I'm planning to get Wanadoo. So do I need to phone up AOL and tell them I'm leaving their crappy service then? And the 12 month contract trap is over as I have had AOL for more than 1 year.

That bad eh? Well I knew AOL was scum, but didn't think it that bad.

It'll stay on there hiding away, and before you realise, its charged you over £100 of line useage.

We have NTL for broadband + telephone service.

Although, their customer service is pretty bad on occasion, like recently we moved from NTL TV to Sky+ and they made a right fuss of it....

We have digital cable TV, 2 phone lines and broadband from NTL.

Never had a problem with any service, to be honest. I know lots of people moan about them, but they're pretty good in our area. It can take a while to get through to them sometimes, but then it doesn't cost anything.

Terrible, terrible customer service for tv and stuff, but never had a problem with the broadband.
