I know that. But there isn't a TV advert about the Dutch hating to see it's beer leave. Obviously they don't care about beer because of certain other 'substances' which they can enjoy.

Also, say you were drinking the night before, feel fit to drive and you're just a bit over the limit? Do you still get the same punishment?

I've nicked two drink-drivers this month.

One replied, "I'm a pished as a fart", after caution. He blew 3 times the legal limmit. The other I nicked at 0950 who was still drunk from the night before!
