what fools ! i would be lost without my car ! i cant belive people get a ban and then get back in the car !

Some people get 2 year bans, but usually for repeat driving while disqual...I think

thanks! a friend was trying to tell me that the longest a court can ban you for is 12 months !!

Usually just a standard ban of about 12 months, but if someone is really over and there are other factors of dangerous driving they can sometimes get more. Not for us to decide, it's up to the courts.

sorry to ask can see you not working but when you get a ban for drink driving does the length of the depend on how much over the limit you are ?
