"Condom Card"

I've heard of something called a "condom card" which you can show at a pharmacy/chemist/etc and get free condoms, however I haven't been able to find out (Internet wise or otherwise) how to get hold of one.

I tried my local clinic place, but they wouldn't give me any. The woman looked at me as if I'd just pushed her mother down the stairs and told me "We don't do that sort of thing here."

They really don't make it easy for teenagers to get free contraception, no wonder there's no many knocked up kids these days.

I'm a sexual health worker who deals with people between the age of 12 - 18. Yes, condom or c cards exist. You'll prolly need to go to your local youth clinic to get one.
