They really don't make it easy for teenagers to get free contraception, no wonder there's no many knocked up kids these days.
Free condoms and stuff from chemists etc.

Oh right, i was talking about the GP ones.
A supply teacher once told me that in some countries, they have boxes of them on buses and trains and stuff, you just take them, it helps prevent STD's (or SDI's as it's now known as).
It would help prevent people having 2 children before the age of 15 here, but i guess the government dont see a problem in having more people to pay taxes in the future.
