The top posters list has no-one with over a thousand posts, normally the top 2 are around 1200.
The general trend this month is less posts.
Is this due to the banning spree, or are SR spammers maturing?

I can't help but think that your comments are aimed at me I am a noob and I am about 43 in the top 100 but I have tried not to spam too much I just want to be a regular. But I haven't just posted rubbish some of it's good. :D

Spam is, was and always will be an essential part of any forum such as this.
The amount of Spam here is almost of epidemic proportions, but it something SR have brought upon themselve by publish post and word counts as a 'top' list. This gives rise to the fact that n00bs will always come here and post and post and keep posting just to break that top 100.

I have been registered for a while but only really been posting alot lately. I think there are alot of spammers left just they are getting beef of people alot and so not being as bad. I quite like this forum now that i have posted on it a bit.
I'm on here far too much. I'm 3rd at the moment.
But hey, it makes my shifts go faster, so I might as well contribute (even if most of my contributions are crap)!

Phew. Thanks for solving that for me. It explains why I am so high on the list. I thought it was me needing a life but apparently it's a case of everyone else getting one.
