I personnaly think it's quite good. Certainly helps shake off the childish image, anyway. Not sure about it being purple though.

The logo does matter in a way, because it's what will "catch" the attention of the buyer to the game or whatever. I suppose in the grand sceme of things it's the console more then the logo that matters, but still, better do have a decent logo.

maybe the logo will be the same or opposite colour to the cube, e.g. black cube:white logo..etc,etc.
